The College Park Chorale was founded in 2013 as a program of the College Park Arts Exchange. The Chorale program has grown to include a Women's Choir and a Chamber Choir. The focus of the groups remains to welcome all who wish to sing and to create community through music.

Allison Hughes, Director

Allison Hughes is the director of the College Park Chorale. Ms. Hughes is an active performer in the Metro DC Area and maintains a teaching studio in College Park, MD. She attended Shenandoah Conservatory and the University of Central Florida and has continued her education with master classes and workshops. Ms. Hughes has directed staged productions of youth and adult community musical theater, as well as directing adult and children's community choruses.
